I hope your psychiatrist has as much empathy for you as you have for her. 🩵 I agree, two appointments per 15 minutes is ludicrous.
She does work hard, I will give her that.
I feel for you. Sometimes I am critical of our Scottish Mental health system but it sounds wonderful when I hear how you have to work so hard for basic supports in the USA. Good luck and best wishes to you
