By the way, that AI picture of “schizophrenia” is just so silly. It reminds me of Gollum. I really think “AI” should just be called “computer learning networks”. I believe in calling a spade a spade.
Looking back, when I had my first major episode, I remember having a lot of “pins and needles” and “aches and pains” and other bodily symptoms. At the time I was full of despair and was sure it was a degenerative disease like MS, my sister, who is a doctor, thought it could possibly be lupus, but it turned out to be I think just physical symptoms of the extreme nervous tension that was caused by the terror I was feeling. It gradually abated over the course of a year. ❤️
Oh that is terrible and wonderful news all together. Shade thought she had lupus. she self diagnosed it. But now with more testing they are still looking for other answers. I hope you get to feeling better. I hope Shade can ease out of pain as well. It's so hard to witness the suffering of others, especially those we love!
I’ll be writing a bit more about my recovery as I go along. I’m almost always well these days, with manageable negative symptoms, and a support network that know what to look for ❤️
Those are the types of information, new caregivers need to be able to help. It can be overwhelming to share so much out in the open, but for as much trepidation, there is so much potential to help others, without us even knowing who is being helped.
